We are looking for an administrator for the iTeams NL office team in Ermelo.

We think that this person will:

  • work together in the leadership team with the current director (until 2021), the Field Work Coordinator, and the Home Front Coordinator
  • be responsible for administration (google intranet), financial administration (quick start) and communication
  • help in fundraising and reporting (limited)
  • perform individual tasks independently or managing employees
  • manage the planning. i.e. the agendas of the director, the coordinators and the board
  • supervise facilities for field workers, such as insurance and other (financial) agreements
  • organize meetings, staff meetings, board meetings and training weeks and weekends, notes
  • volunteer at the office and at events.

We expect the candidate will:

  • have good knowledge of at least Dutch and English (speaking and writing) 
  • have mission experience and / or a heart for mission 
  • be an active member of a church congregation and that this church is behind the effort at iTeams NL
  • actively promote and help raise donations for iTeams NL
  • fulfil their work hours in consultation with the director which may allow for some work to take place at home
  • work in a flexible working environment
  • work to build a consolidation phase of the organization without losing the momentum of a movement
