In the Balkans iTeams NL is one of the strategic partners of the Roma Bible Union.
The RBU serves different groups of Roma in the region through (language) education and translation work. The linguistic work aids the creation of Bible translation and other literature, and in the fight against illiteracy. The RBU also raises awareness of the Roma cause in the church and rest of the world.
Bayash
iTeams NL members Jelle and Janneke Huisman work with the Bayash, a Roma group in South Hungary, North Croatia and North-west Serbia.
